Description

This is a highly responsible administrative position that collaborates closely with the Executive Director to support operational management and advance the goals of the WPBHA.  The Director of Housing Operations & Compliance is central to ensuring the housing authority’s programs run efficiently, comply with regulations, and deliver high-quality housing services while supporting long-term development and community impact. This is an exempt position reviewed by the Executive Director.

Requirements

A Master's or Bachelor’s Degree with major coursework in public or business administration, or a related field, and/or a combination of education and relevant experience.  A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience with HUD programs, four of which should be in management.
