Swiss Village is looking for a Director of Nursing who believes exceptional care starts with exceptional people. As our Director of Nursing, you’ll provide leadership and direction for day-to-day resident care while building a culture where nurses and caregivers feel supported, valued, challenged, and proud of the work they do. And if you’re an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is ready to take the next step, don’t count yourself out. We believe great leaders can grow into great roles. Requirements
Valid RN license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Experience in nursing management and leadership
Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, standards, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
A genuine passion for caring for older adults
A commitment to quality care, teamwork, and servant leadership
A heart for people and a desire to make a difference
