The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join its leadership team.

This senior-level administrative position works in close collaboration with the Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and help advance the strategic goals of the Authority. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective management of housing programs.

Requirements

A master’s or bachelor's Degree with major course work in public or business administration, urban affairs, or a related field.  A minimum of 7 to 10 years progressively responsible experience with HUD programs five of which should be in management.
