Position: Independent Contractor
Compensation

Receive 70% of all revenue you generate, including:

• Private lessons
• Group clinics
• Junior programs
• Adult coaching programs
• Golf schools
• Leagues
• Corporate clinics
• Club fitting services
• Specialty instructional events

In addition, you'll receive:

• Priority access to all new lesson leads generated by The Golf Workshop until your schedule reaches capacity
• First priority for use of the dedicated TrackMan instruction bay
• Marketing support and lead generation
• Scheduling software
• Payment processing
• Facility support

The Golf Workshop is building one of Denver's premier indoor golf training facilities. Our mission is to provide golfers with a world-class indoor practice, instruction, and club fitting experience while creating a community centered around improving and enjoying the game.

We're looking for a high-quality instructor who wants to build something long-term.
About the Role

As the Director of Instruction & Player Development, you'll lead the growth of our coaching program while building your own successful instruction business.

This is more than a place to teach lessons. You'll have the opportunity to shape our instruction offerings, develop new programs, host events, and become the face of instruction at The Golf Workshop.

Rather than spending your time searching for students, we'll invest in marketing, generate leads, and provide a premium teaching environment so you can focus on coaching and growing your book of business.

Experience Required

Qualifications

• Previous golf instruction experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and player development
• Club fitting experience preferred
• PGA, LPGA, or equivalent teaching experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Private Instruction

• Teach private lessons using TrackMan technology.
• Build long-term coaching relationships with students.
• Maintain an active lesson schedule.

Player Development

Create and lead programs such as:

• Junior academies
• Ladies clinics
• Beginner programs
• Competitive player development
• Seasonal improvement programs
• Golf schools

Clinics & Events

Develop and host:

• Group clinics
• Practice leagues
• Simulator leagues
• Skills challenges
• Putting clinics
• Short game schools
• Driver optimization sessions
• Corporate golf events
• Demo days
• Member events and tournaments

Club Fitting

• Conduct professional club fittings.
• Recommend equipment based on player needs.
• Support equipment sales through fitting experiences.

Instruction Program Leadership

• Help develop and grow the overall instruction program.
• Work with ownership on new instructional offerings.
• Help onboard and mentor future instructors.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Grow lesson revenue while creating an exceptional student experience.
