Director, Real Estate Investment & Strategy
(Investment Office)

An investment office is seeking a senior investment professional to lead strategic investments across real assets, with a strong focus on hospitality-related opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Lead sourcing, evaluation and execution of real asset investments across hospitality, mixed-use, residential and commercial sectors
2. Drive investment strategy, portfolio planning and value creation initiatives
3. Evaluate acquisitions, developments, joint ventures and strategic partnerships
4. Conduct financial modelling, market analysis and investment due diligence
5. Manage relationships with operators, developers, investors and external advisors
6. Monitor portfolio performance and market trends across Asia and selected global markets

Requirements

1. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in real estate investments, hospitality investments or investment strategy
2. Strong track record in executing complex transactions and managing investment portfolios
3. Experience within private investment offices, private equity, developers, REITs or institutional platforms preferred
4. Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling and stakeholder management skills
5. Regional Asia exposure highly advantageous
