Founding Faculty Ophthalmologists
The Eye Institute of Nevada (EIN), in partnership with the Department of Ophthalmology at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, is recruiting founding ophthalmology faculty to help build Nevada’s first academic eye institute.
These physicians will help launch a new academic program through four core missions: clinical care, education, research, and community outreach. Founding faculty will help shape the curriculum and training, establish clinical services for the Las Vegas community, and participate in building EIN’s early research enterprise.
We are seeking physicians who are excited to build the eye institute of the future – today – on a comprehensive digital foundation designed to advance digital medicine, education, research, and operations. Ideal candidates will value excellent patient care, medical student, resident, and fellow education, innovative research, and meaningful community engagement. These faculty ophthalmologists positions will include a base salary with opportunity for productivity bonus program. The salary range show here is likely base salary level range.

Requirements
Ophthalmologist who is eligible to be licensed in the State of Nevada. We can credential if the physician does not yet have an active license in the State. We are open to general ophthalmologists, anterior segment specialists, corneal specialists or glaucoma specialists.
