Description

Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children and building outstanding programs?  We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Childcare Director to oversee our afterschool program during the school year and our 11 week summer camp program.  

Responsibilities

-Lead and manage all aspects of our afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs.

-Hire, train and supervise staff.

-Ensure a safe, fun and engaging environment for children.

-Communicate effectively with parents and families.  

-Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program planning.

-Maintain compliance with licensing and safety requirements.

-Help grow and enhance our programs through exceptional customer service and leadership.  Build a camp culture for our existing Summer Camp.

-Strong organizational and communication skills.

-Positive attitude with a passion for working with children.

-Ability to lead a team and problem solve.

-Required state clearances and certifications (or ability to obtain them)

-Ability to create a camp culture and grow our existing summer camp program.
