- Managing fund operations, including NAV calculation, trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Monitoring fund performance and identifying areas for improvement in processes.
- Assisting in the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- May be required to work overtime
- Bachelor's degree or above (Accounting, Finance or related disciplines)
- 1-2 years of working experience required.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in banking and financial services.
- Must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
