Our client is an established and growing established Hedge Fund with a strong footprint in the APAC Markets. As the business continues to grow, the firm is looking for an experienced Fund Operations Manager that will be work on a broad spectrum of Fund Operation duties in a Hedge Fund.

Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and control of daily fund operations, including:

* Oversee the complete trade lifecycle from execution through to settlement across multiple asset classes

* Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions and transactions while investigating and resolving discrepancies

* Manage operational activities relating to financing, collateral movements, stock borrow transactions and corporate actions

* Review fund accounting outputs including NAV calculations, investor allocations and management/performance fees

* Liaise with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, auditors and external service providers on operational matters

* Support periodic financial reporting, audits, regulatory obligations and operational control processes

* Maintain and enhance OMS/PMS platforms while identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvement

Profile

* Minimum 5 years of relevant hedge fund operations experience gained within a fund manager, fund administrator, prime broker or similar investment environment

* Demonstrated experience managing trade operations across equities, equity swaps, total return swaps, futures and options

* Strong understanding of daily cash, security position and transaction reconciliation processes

* Experience reviewing NAV packages and validating management and performance fee calculations

* Hands-on experience working with OMS/PMS platforms such as Enfusion or comparable investment management systems

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when working with internal and external counterparties
