Gynecologic Oncology APP | OR First Assist | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Join a physician-led gynecologic oncology practice serving patients across New Mexico and the Southwest. This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity offers a hybrid schedule combining OR first-assist responsibilities with independent and collaborative clinic time within a high-volume referral practice.
Position Highlights:
- High-volume gynecologic oncology referral practice with operative access across multiple hospital systems
- Blend of outpatient clinic and OR first-assist responsibilities
- Work alongside 2 board-certified gynecologic oncologists, 6 APPs, dedicated RNs, infusion staff, and clinical research support
- Clinical focus includes gynecologic malignancies, surveillance, survivorship, perioperative management, and complex follow-up care
- Opportunities to first assist in minimally invasive and robotic surgical procedures
- Call includes first-call support, triage, care coordination, and inpatient rounding within a provider-friendly call structure
- McKesson iKnowMed EMR in clinic and Epic in the hospital
Candidate Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Interest or experience in gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, or women's health
- Surgical first-assist experience, particularly with minimally invasive or robotic procedures, strongly preferred
- No visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $105,000, with earning potential up to $165,000 based on experience and responsibilities
