Gynecologic Oncology Physician | $100K Sign-On | Light Call | Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Join an established Gynecologic Oncology team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, offering a high-volume surgical practice, dedicated OR resources, and a manageable call schedule. This opportunity provides a balanced mix of oncology and general gynecology within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Position Highlights

• Four Gynecologic Oncologists
• Balanced case mix with approximately 60% oncology and 40% general gynecology
• Access to 3 da Vinci Xi robots with dedicated OR teams
• Full support from NPs/PAs, first assists, residents, and multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Strong referral base with consistent surgical volume

Schedule

• Monday through Friday predictable weekly structure with dedicated surgical access
• Typically 2-3 clinic days and 1-2 dedicated OR days per week
• 1:4 call rotation at a single hospital with 24/7 critical care support

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologic Oncologist
• Open to new fellows and experienced physicians
• Interest in a collaborative, team-based practice environment
• Robotic surgery experience preferred or willingness to utilize robotic technology

Compensation & Benefits
