Our Home Care division, within Waterman Village Senior Living community in Mount Dora, FL, is seeking an experienced candidate to serve as our Home Health Administrator/Director of Home Health. This leadership role oversees our Medicare-certified Home Health agency as well as our Private Duty services. We see residents within our community and surrounding Lake County.

As Home Health Administrator, you will:
Provide operational and clinical leadership for our Home Health and Private Duty programs
Ensure compliance with all standards
Oversee quality improvement, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary clinical team
Contribute to financial performance, productivity, budgeting, and operational goals
Assist in referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and continued growth

Requirements

Required:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Medicare-certified Home Health agency

Thorough knowledge of:
Medicare, Florida AHCA regulations and CHAP Accreditation Standards
Experience leading regulatory surveys and maintaining compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience overseeing Private Duty/Home Care services
Experience with Axxess or similar Home Health EMR
Business development and referral growth experience
