Role Summary:

The Innovation Program Manager owns the full operation, governance, and the execution of Momkn Innovation Hub strategy and vision. This role ensures that innovation work is aligned with organizational goals, delivers measurable outcomes, and is executed efficiently with clear structure, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the innovation strategy into actionable programs, roadmaps/pipelines, and OKRs and KPIs.

• Oversees the ideation funnel, pipelines, pilot programs, and experiment governance.

• Accelerate digital and AI transformation by enabling strong enterprise-grade technical foundations for innovation.

• Manage the research and innovation activities end to end from idea intake to prototype, pilot, and scale.

• Manage innovation budget, resources, tools, and partnerships.

• Coordinate with business units and tech squads.

• Ensure outcomes (velocity gains, efficiencies, new capabilities) match goals.

• Oversee the work of the Innovation Lead, engineers, and other Hub members.

• Ensure alignment with business objectives, engineering squads, and enterprise architecture.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration.

• Remove blockers for experiment execution (process, alignment, people, or tech).

• Track and report on innovation KPIs, value impact, velocity improvements, and adoption.

• Ensure documentation of learnings and reuse of patterns across teams.

• Promote a culture of creativity, experimentation, and structured innovation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in program management, digital and AI transformation, innovation, product leadership, or tech strategy.

• Strong understanding of software engineering, agile delivery, and design thinking.

• Proven ability to run multi-team programs with measurable outcomes.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Ability to work and support hands-on.
