What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate daily crews
• Visit job sites and check quality, progress, and safety
• Make sure crews have the right tools, equipment, materials, and job information
• Help manage landscape, hardscape, irrigation, maintenance, and snow work
• Communicate with customers when needed
• Work with sales and office staff on job details and changes
• Track labor hours, materials, and job progress
• Help solve field problems before they become bigger issues
• Hold crews accountable for quality, productivity, and professionalism
• Support snow operations during the winter

What We’re Looking For

• Landscape, hardscape, irrigation, maintenance, or snow experience
• Experience leading crews or running jobs
• Good communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Able to manage more than one job or crew at a time
• Comfortable working in the field
• Valid driver’s license
• Spanish speaking ability preferred
• LMN or landscape software experience preferred

Requirements

• 3 plus years of landscape, hardscape, irrigation, maintenance, construction, or snow experience preferred
• rew leadership or project management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to work in person in New Hope and across Twin Cities job sites
• Must be available for seasonal hours and snow events
