Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital data products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital data products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations. This role provides strategic product leadership across OSH Health's data, reporting, and governance ecosystem at a critical inflection point
What you will do
- Leads the digital product management team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to drive the successful execution of digital product initiatives.
- Defines and communicates the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital data product portfolio, aligning them with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Define and drive the cross-platform analytics tooling vision, including AI enablement, and a cohesive strategy across platforms to reduce fragmentation and align capabilities to business needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to define and deliver reporting that meets executive-level needs for visibility, accuracy, and timeliness
- Drive adherence towards enterprise data governance standards and establish data governance processes as needed
- Manages the prioritization and allocation of resources, budgets, and timelines to effectively execute digital product initiatives.
- Oversees the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and drive innovative digital data solutions.
- Communicates with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Allocates resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize product features and user experience.
- Mentors and develops team members, fostering their growth and providing support in areas such as product strategy, product development, and stakeholder management.
- Advocates for the digital data product portfolio internally and externally, building relationships, presenting to stakeholders, and promoting the value of digital products.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years work experience
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Mastery of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Mastery of business intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
