The Role

As an Associate, you will play a key role in the execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates while supporting senior bankers in client coverage and business development activities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading day-to-day execution workstreams across sell-side, buy-side and strategic advisory transactions.
• Building and reviewing complex financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
• Coordinating due diligence processes and managing interactions with clients, advisors and other stakeholders.
• Preparing client presentations, strategic reviews and board-level materials.
• Supporting the origination and execution of transactions across Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech and broader Healthcare sectors.
• Mentoring and developing Analysts within the team.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to possess:

• 3-6 years of investment banking experience, within Healthcare M&A, specifically focused on Life Sciences or Pharma at a leading Investment Bank.
• Strong transaction execution experience across M&A and strategic advisory assignments.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Strong academic background and outstanding analytical capabilities.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
