Managing Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) - Kettering, OH
The new year is the perfect time to take the next step in your veterinary career. Kettering Animal Hospital is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to either grow into a Managing Veterinarian role or bring prior MDVM experience to lead our well-established, 4-doctor small animal practice.
Whether you're ready to lead now or prefer to transition into leadership from an associate role, we'll support your journey every step of the way with strong mentorship and experienced staff by your side.
Located in Kettering-Dayton's largest suburb-you'll enjoy easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, all while working in a hospital known for progressive medicine and compassionate care. The Hospital You'll Lead
Our fully equipped surgical and diagnostic suite supports high-quality medicine and clinical growth, including:
- CO₂ laser & cold therapy laser
- Digital radiology & digital dental X-ray
- Ultrasound & in-house lab
- Cardell monitoring, new surgical lighting
- 2 experienced RVTs and 5 skilled assistants supporting surgery

- Established local VMA and loyal client base

*Relocation benefits are offered at NVA GP's discretion and are available only for approved Managing Veterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI, CT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are subject to change at any time.
Relocation benefits are not available for local moves (e.g., short-distance moves within the same metro area). NVA GP reserves the right to determine whether a move qualifies as "relocation" based on mileage thresholds, candidate address, and business rationale.
