Full time, Tokyo, Japan
In this role, you will provide support and manage the day-to-day function of the Program Management team by ensuring effective coordination of client reporting requirements, business review analysis preparation, consolidation of information, and client initiatives. This allows program managers to be strategically focused on driving retention, partnership, and revenue generation with the clients.
As a National Program Management Coordinator, you will
- Support with the entry of the client's feedback into BCD tools after an investigation is complete
- Help with the entry into I-sight entry for the team
- Work with the team to prepare client specific reports
- Update the Centralized Program Management Team and National client records into Salesforce
- Assist with the preparation of client facing presentations
- Upload the statistics report monthly into Salesforce for the regional/global PM to access
About you
- Prior experience in corporate travel or related industry
- Capable of synthesizing large amounts of data and developing strategic analysis and recommendations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think-through and outline work processes in a thoughtful and detailed manner
- Ability to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
- Strong time management, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Diploma with business focus preferred (or equivalent experience)
