We're Hiring! NIH-Funded Postdoctoral Fellow in Cardiovascular Imaging & Translational Research

Our team at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is seeking an outstanding NIH-funded Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our multidisciplinary research program. 
This is an exciting opportunity for an MD or MD/PhD  interested in combining cutting-edge cardiovascular imaging with translational research to better understand the mechanisms and imaging predictors of ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death in patients with mitral valve prolapse.

The successful candidate will work alongside a collaborative team of cardiologists, imaging scientists, biomedical engineers, and data scientists, with opportunities to:
Conduct NIH-funded translational cardiovascular research
Work with advanced multimodality cardiovascular imaging, including cardiac MRI, PET, CT, and echocardiography
Develop quantitative imaging and AI-driven analytical approaches
Publish in leading cardiovascular journals and present at national and international scientific meetings
Participate in grant development and career mentoring

For physician applicants, the fellowship also includes protected clinical training in multimodality cardiovascular imaging, providing a unique opportunity to integrate advanced imaging expertise with a robust research program.
