Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for general operational tasks, including preparing budgets, processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment of rental subsidy for Housing Choice Voucher landlords, payroll, employee benefits, human resources, software administration, updating agency website, assists with financial reporting and audits, all within a federally assisted housing environment.
Requirements
Knowledge of HCV payment processing, general accounting practices, ability to develop and analyze financial information with strong data entry skills. Strong computer skills, knowledge of software used by the affordable housing industry. Excellent time management skills strong attention to detail.
