Description

We just received an R01 grant to study how Ubiquilins regulate the stability of disease-linked proteins through biomolecular condensate formation. The postdoctoral scholar will lead cell biology and biochemistry experiments to establish the mechanistic link between condensate formation and how Ubiquilins chaperone and triage substrates.



Requirements

    Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, or a related field

    Extensive experience with mammalian cell culture who can leverage the advanced imaging capabilities within the Department of Cell Biology

    Strong interest condensate biology and proteostasis

    A collaborative and learning mindset.
