We are looking for a Program Manager (f/m/d) who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering, commercial, industrialization and other programs across the company. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning outcomes with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Your Roadmap to make an impact
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience in both high-growth tech startups (Robotics, AI or related) and structured corporate environments.
- Proven track record in hands-on delivery (not just oversight).
- Strong expertise in:
- Program planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Resource and capacity management.
- Risk management and delivery governance.
- Experience working with government contracts (ideally defense or regulated industries).
- Deep understanding of compliance, contract obligations, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to operate effectively in a scaling, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and executive-level stakeholder management.
- Own and drive execution of multiple complex programs, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.
- Develop and manage timelines, milestones, and detailed project plans.
- Take a hands-on role in planning, tracking, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Lead resource planning and allocation across programs in line with company priorities.
- Establish and enforce PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards.
- Monitor program performance, proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Oversee execution of government and defense contracts, ensuring full compliance.
- Provide clear and structured status reporting to the leadership team.
- Build and scale the PMO function, including hiring and leading Program Managers over time.
