Qualification

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our IT - PMO team . The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 15 years of job-related experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and vendor management for an IT function.
• Experience in leading IT projects, of which at least 3 years should be in successful delivery of large-scale Programs.
• Proven experience in managing IT partners & related contracts.
• PMP certification or demonstrable Project & Program Management experience.
• Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
• Airline Industry experience though not essential would be an added advantage.
