About the role

In this role, you will lead complex, multi-stream programs for global clients across various industries, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and high customer satisfaction within our team in Germany.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, and client stakeholders, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in building long-term client relationships and supporting SoftServe's growth in the German market. You will operate in an international environment and contribute to both delivery excellence and business development.
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Manage and align multiple projects within the program with business goals and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Drive program governance, risk management, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure clear and effective communication across all teams and stakeholder levels
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations
• Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or digital services
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively
• Strong experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivery excellence
• Fluent German and strong English proficiency
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
