Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare and rework the total project plan including time and budget planning in accordance to Internal Project management process.
• Margin and profit responsibility for product / investments / tooling and development.
• Coordination of Advanced Quality Planning
• Leads the project teams
• Management of modifications during the development process.
• Organize and perform the gate exit reviews.
• Responsible for budget planning
• Responsible for meeting customer and ZF milestones
• Total project cost control (Project budget such as Development, Tooling, Investment and sample product)
• Support acquisition and current production activities in cooperation with account manager

Key Competencies

• Experience in the automotive or supplier industry
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Additional business management education / experience
• English/Japanese language skills
• Project Management

Educational and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent.
