Purpose
Lead and manage multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver refinery and petrochemical projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure compliance with Worley Management System requirements and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering execution for Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and EPC projects.
- Manage engineering scope, schedule, budget, resources and technical quality.
- Coordinate interfaces between disciplines, licensors, vendors, customers and execution centers.
- Lead design reviews, technical assurance, risk management and change management activities.
- Support project delivery, customer engagement and business development activities.
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.
- Minimum 10 years' experience on refinery and petrochemical projects.
- Proven experience as Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager or Engineering Lead on major refinery and petrochemical facilities.
- Experience in FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and/or EPC project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-discipline engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred.
