IT Project Manager (Tokyo, Japan)

Applicant needs to be in Japan holding a valid work visa.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives for a globally recognized organization in Japan. In this role, you will drive cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders across business and technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex IT programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from planning to delivery
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders
• Track timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
• Lead meetings, reporting, and project communications
• Support Agile and cross-functional project delivery

Requirements

• 2-5 or more years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience delivering enterprise IT projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Scrum knowledge

Preferred

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Experience with cloud, digital transformation, or e-commerce projects
• Japanese proficiency
