• Must have proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator
• Organization: managing project documentation, resources, and timelines efficiently
• Diligence in completing/executing tasks and on time (ability to write assessment, presentations)
• Must have proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Time Management: ensuring that project deliverables meet specified quality standards, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Communication: clearly conveying information to stakeholders, team members, and clients through various channels.
• Ability to support/guide team members and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
• Must be able to work with different IT teams and to liaise with Project Managers (very good communication and interpersonal skills).
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great accuracy and detailed-oriented skills (keen eye on details)
• Analyzing information, evaluating options, and making informed decision
• Risk Management: identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing unforeseen challenges
• Adaptability: adjusting to changing project requirements, unexpected situations, and new technologies.
• Good to have pharma background and nice to have any LIMS experience.
