As a Project Manager you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder.
2. 10+ years of Project Management experience in the Private Banking and Wealth Management
3. Knowledge of Business Integration / Migration / TOM projects within Private Banking and Wealth Management.
4. Experience in portfolio management, investment advisory, order management, investment products lifecycle
5. With background in project management and transformation and change
6. Good understanding of core business processes and products in the Private Banking industry.
7. Capable of applying technology principles to business.
8. Excellent spoken and written English.
9. Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
10. Understands the basics of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability and enthusiasm to adopt AI tools and solutions in day-to-day work.
11. Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Job responsibilities:

1. Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission.
2. Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship.
3. Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
4. Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
5. Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
6. Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
7. Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
8. Support team members with other project activities.
