Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, international projects within a highly technical environment.

You will take ownership of projects from initial concept through to execution, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery across global locations. This role combines technical coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on project leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple countries
• Manage projects end-to-end, from early requirements through to implementation
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risk, and quality throughout the lifecycle
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Translate technical requirements into clear, structured plans
• Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Support technical reviews, manufacturing coordination, and site-related activities

Your Background

• Degree in
  
  Engineering or similar technical field
• Solid experience in
  
  project management within a technical or industrial setting
• Good understanding of
  
  mechanical or electrical systems
• Comfortable working in
  
  international environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in
  
  English
  
  (German is a plus, but not required)

  • Manufacturing / supplier meetings

    1-2 weeks per year (up to ~4 weeks max)
