Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects successfully, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules; track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field - Must.

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum project management.

Proven experience managing IT projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project planning skills.

Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, resources, and budgets.

Experience in ERP and/or AI projects is preferred.

PMP certification is preferred.

Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Must.
