Description

Job Description:

1. Executive engagement with CXO, Division and Head of Operations and other senior stakeholders.

2. Drive long-term partnership and strategic initiatives

3. Lead account planning, pipeline creation, and opportunity management

4. Support proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals

5. Monitor program performance, risks, escalations, and customer satisfaction indexes.

6. Manage commercial risks and contractual obligations

7. Collaboration between customer and internal teams and ensure timely delivery of agreed commitments.

8. Banking modernization and undertaking digital transformation programs

9. Coordinate with Sales teams on expansion opportunities.

10. Conduct regular Service review meetings.
