Join our team and take a leading role in driving the success of our Cell Culture Media, Process Liquids & Buffers portfolio one of the fastest-growing areas within our Life Science / Process Solutions business.

As Project Manager, you will be at the center of gravity for a dynamic and expanding portfolio, playing a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver complex, integrated custom solutions to our customers. This is your chance to make a real impact from the first customer conversation all the way through to successful project and product delivery.

Your role:

• Drive the successful management and execution of new customer-facing projects, with a focus on custom Cell Culture Media and Process Liquids & Buffers
• Collaborate closely with customers, commercial colleagues and operational partners to define clear project requirements
• Deliver compelling project proposals covering product requirements, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines
• Lead cross-functional internal teams to bring customer solutions to life on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Stay ahead of day-to-day portfolio needs by identifying and closing process gaps and mitigating risks early
• Work hand-in-hand with a strong network of internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement

• Act as the primary point of contact for product line inquiries, critical quality issues, and supply disruptions ensuring swift, effective resolutions
• Drive proactive, transparent communication in direct customer interactions, empowering key sales stakeholders with the insights they need to succeed

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or Business. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the Life Science and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in English
• Strong background in Marketing and Project Management experience involving successful management of projects, resources, timelines, budgets and coordinating between functional teams
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Understanding of bio pharmaceutical applications and customer processes.

• Strong ownership and problem-solving mentality, \"Can-do attitude,\" enjoying solving complex problems and simplifying processes.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
