A tier 1 global alternative investment manager is seeking a Quantitative Researcher / Trader based in Hong Kong or Singpaore to join its high-performing team in Asia . The firm operates across all major liquid asset classes, applying a data-driven and scientific approach to systematic investing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, design, and implement quantitative trading signals and models.
2. Analyze large datasets to uncover market inefficiencies and predictive insights.
3. Collaborate with global researchers, technologists, and traders to refine strategies.
4. Monitor signal behavior and model performance over time.

About You

1. Experience as a quantitative researcher or trader in a systematic environment.
2. Advanced degree in a quantitative field (math, physics, statistics, computer science, or engineering).
3. Strong programming skills in Python , R ,C++ , or similar.
4. Deep understanding of statistics, machine learning, or data analysis.
5. Highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously in a collaborative global team.
