About ROAPA
Due to continued growth and expansion, Radiation Oncology Associates P.A. (ROAPA) islooking to add a new member to our group
- We have operated continuously for five decades with an exceptionally low physician turnover rate; most who join stay for the duration of their career.
- We are an independent, private practice group and the exclusive radiation oncology provider for CARTI, a unique free-standing, not-for-profit integrated cancer care system with a large geographic footprint in the state
Now Accepting Applications from:
- Board-certified or board-eligible radiation oncologists currently in practice
- 2026 graduating residents
- 2027 graduating residents — early interviews welcome
Clinical Environment
- CARTI treats more than 50% of all oncology cases in Arkansas.
- ROAPA physicians receive referrals through a fully integrated multispecialty system including 18 medical oncologists, 7 surgical oncologists and 4 urologists. Ancillary services include counseling, dental, dietician services, and social work.
- The group consists of 11 radiation oncologists and 2 mid-level providers, and we staff 6 radiation oncology clinics throughout Arkansas: Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Searcy, Pine Bluff, and El Dorado. The Little Rock Cancer Center runs two Varian linacs, a CyberKnife, and is currently staffed by five radiation oncologists. Each satellite clinic is staffed by one physician and one Varian linac.
Partnership & Compensation
- Typical partnership track is 2 years and carries equal standing with no capital buy-in. Compensation is nationally competitive. Generous vacation with coverage handled within ROAPA — no outside locums.
