Description

Alex Vindman for Florida is looking to hire a Scheduling Director to work in conjunction with the Operations Director and Campaign Manager.
The Scheduling Director will fulfill the following duties,

• Work with Operations Director to ensure smooth logistics for all events (e.g., room reservations, physical setup, tech needs).
• Communicate with the candidate regarding his schedule and movements on a daily (short-term) and weekly (long-term) basis.
• Coordinate with campaign staff regarding the candidate’s schedule, movements, and logistics when in Florida.
• Handle operational components of travel (e.g., booking candidate flights, travel coordination, ethics guidance, receipts compliance).
• Track and coordinate all meeting, event, and invitation requests.
• Manage daily briefing materials and ensure the candidate has necessary information before meetings.
• Track RSVP deadlines and activities that affect scheduling.
• Support Operations Director in booking travel and inputs travel details into calendar.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related job experience;
• A year of scheduling experience on campaigns on political office;
• A demonstrated interest in public service;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and to work well under pressure;
• Thoroughness and careful attention to detail; and
• Availability to work long hours and at night
