Description

NobleReach Scholars places recent graduates into paid, full-time roles in government and mission-driven organizations for a year. Scholars work on real problems in AI, cybersecurity, materials and manufacturing, and how public institutions actually run.

Placements are nationwide and in person. You'll be matched with a host organization based on your background and their needs.

Our 2025 cohort included 28 Scholars across 15 agencies and 5 industry partners.

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

• Recent graduates with a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited institution 
  • To apply for the Feb 2027 cohort: Eligible if you graduated (or will graduate) between December 2023 – December 2026.
  • To apply for the August 2027 cohort: Eligible if you graduated (or will graduate) between December 2023 – August 2027.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher from your most recent degree
• Demonstrated interest or experience in one of our four domains: Artificial Intelligence, Business Process Innovation, Computing & Cybersecurity, or Materials & Manufacturing
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
• Willing and able to relocate within the United States
