Description
Key responsibilities:
As Senior Director (Director) of Investments Multi-Asset, you will lead portfolio strategy, asset allocation, risk management, and product innovation while collaborating across teams and developing talent.
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Investment Department, setting the direction for all investment activities and ensuring alignment with the Company's overall business goals
- Partner with business development and marketing teams, providing high-level market intelligence and strategic insights to support sales and product initiatives, and enhance client engagement
- Oversee the development of in-depth investment views on multi asset markets and portfolio strategies across all equity portfolios
- Lead strategic asset allocation for multi-asset portfolios and oversee portfolio construction, monitoring, dynamic rebalancing and liquidity management
- Direct the comprehensive investment strategies for all equity-related portfolios, guiding the team in portfolio construction, optimisation, and the implementation of robust risk management frameworks
- Drive quantitative strategies and ETF product development, including but not limited to systematic strategies, index construction and market positioning
- Champion research and analytics improvements by developing quantitative models, investment tools and data/technology solutions to enhance decision making and efficiency
- Supervise the dealing function to ensure efficient execution and full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
- Lead regulatory and compliance oversight for the Investment Department, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to Hong Kong's regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of investment professionals
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring strong multi-asset portfolio management experience, leadership capability, equity/fixed income expertise, language fluency, and solid regulatory and quantitative skills.
- Equity and Multi-Asset Background (experience in Fixed Income will be advantageous)
- Experience in Asset Management / Fund Management Company
- Manage significant AUM
- Experience in managing teams of portfolio managers
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
