Introduction
Leads and oversees end-to-end execution of strategic custom silicon customer programs, including MCUs, MPUs and radar-class SoCs, for customers (Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense etc..). Manages a global team of Customer Program Managers and serves as the senior execution interface between customers and GlobalFoundries/MIPS cross-functional teams.
Your Job
- Own full lifecycle execution of customer-specific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP, volume ramp, and sustaining.
- Lead and scale a global Customer Program Management organization supporting multiple customers and products.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for automotive Tier-1 customers on program delivery, execution status, and escalations.
- Drive alignment across MIPS IP, design enablement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Establish and run program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management for complex, multi-year custom products.
- Ensure programs meet customer commitments, quality and safety expectations, and financial objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. PhD will be beneficial.
- 15+ years experience in semiconductor deliveries (design house or vendor management)
- Proven success managing automotive-class customer programs through full silicon lifecycles.
- Demonstrated leadership of global, matrixed teams.
