Experience: 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or related. Requires skills and experience to involve:
Demonstrated knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project coordination within technology-focused environments.
Experience supporting technical projects by developing timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Experience creating and standardizing operational workflows and documentation to improve process consistency and scalability.
Experience preparing, maintaining, and executing project plans, facilitating stakeholder communication, and monitoring project progress.
Proficiency in project tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Ability to translate business activities into measurable metrics and produce data visualizations to support reporting and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating technical data, identifying trends, and recommending process improvements.
Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams to support software development initiatives through coordination, documentation, and progress tracking.
Job duties: Plan, initiate, and oversee information technology (IT) projects designed to improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of technology-supported processes. Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project documentation to promote knowledge sharing and consistent implementation of workflows. Create and maintain detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, milestones, required resources, and risk considerations to support successful project delivery. Coordinate and facilitate collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define project goals, clarify system requirements, and resolve technical or process-related issues. Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with defined objectives, quality expectations, and established deadlines. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, diagnose inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to processes or systems. Convert business and technical requirements into actionable project tasks that support new product features and system enhancements. Confer with project personnel to address challenges, evaluate risks, and implement solutions that support continuity and timely completion of IT initiatives. Apply established project management methods and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
