At Sonova, we're transforming how people access innovative hearing and tinnitus care solutions. As part of our growing Digital Health business, you'll play a key role in scaling our tinnitus therapy solution across international markets and helping bring innovative healthcare technology to millions of people worldwide.
As Senior Program Manager, you will lead the execution of strategic commercial programs across existing and future markets.

What you'll do

• Drive commercial and go-to-market programs
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving commercial, product, marketing, medical, and external partners
• Track key business and commercial KPIs, identify risks, and drive corrective actions
• Support market launches by ensuring readiness, alignment, and timely execution
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Establish effective processes, reporting structures, and execution frameworks
• Prepare executive updates and provide clear visibility on program status, risks, and decisions required

What you'll bring

• Several years of experience in program management, project management, commercial operations, or go-to-market execution
• Commercial experience and a strong understanding of business drivers, ideally within healthcare, MedTech, pharma, or digital health
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, prioritize actions, and drive solutions
• Interest in digital products and technology, with the ability to quickly understand product offerings, customer journeys, and digital business models
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Excellent English, good German language skills will be an advantage
