Position
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that deliver and enhance myZoi's product ecosystem. Reporting into the Enterprise PMO, the role translates strategic, product, and regulatory objectives into structured programs comprising multiple interdependent projects.
The role requires strong understanding of end-to-end fintech product delivery, customer journeys, regulatory constraints, and operational impacts, combined with disciplined governance and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream programs spanning myZoi's product landscape.
- Structure programs into clearly defined projects, workstreams, milestones, and outcomes.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
- Maintain strong understanding of myZoi's products, customer journeys, and operating model.
- Ensure alignment between customer experience, regulatory requirements, and technical implementation.
- Deliver programs in line with standards, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies.
- Establish and manage integrated program plans, RAID logs, and change control processes.
- Provide consolidated, high-quality reporting to PMO governance forums and senior leadership.
- Ensure governance remains lightweight, value-driven, and aligned to industry-standard frameworks rather than bespoke internal processes.
- Lead coordination across Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external partners.
- Act as the single point of contact for program-level risks and issues.
- Facilitate steering committees, PODs, and decision forums.
- Ensure programs address all relevant risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to embed controls into design and delivery.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation initiatives.
- Own program-level budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking in partnership with Finance.
- Manage resource planning across multiple delivery teams and vendors.
- Oversee third-party and vendor delivery where applicable.
- Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future programs.
- Support Project & Portfolio Managers within the PMO.
- Contribute to the ongoing maturity of processes, standards, and ways of working.
Experience
- 12-15+ years of experience in program/project management within fintech (Digital Product)/financial services.
- Proven experience delivering complex, product-led programs in regulated environments.
- Experience in leading regulatory enabled strategic programs
- Strong track record working with PMOs and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Experience with tech delivery coordination in hybrid mode with cloud native in-house built platform/outsourced delivery model.
- Experience operating within Lean-Agile delivery models, including PI planning and structured prioritization frameworks.
- Ability to apply standardized industry frameworks (e.g., SAFe principles, Agile governance) without adding unnecessary process.
- Strong understanding of fintech product lifecycles and end-to-end delivery.
- Excellent program structuring, dependency management, and execution skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models and tools (JIRA, Confluence). - Experience in orchestrating Product, Operations and Technology, SLODs, commercial, Business Development and external partners.
- Ability to understand the strategic and financial implications of trade-offs and translate them into the program delivery scope and requirements.
- Ability to challenge and support Product and Tech on architecture, sequencing, and trade-offs between scope, risk and time-to-market.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Strategic yet execution-focused.
- Comfortable operating in matrix and regulated environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Passion for purpose-driven fintech and financial inclusion.
