Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Controls Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to join a leading global construction consultancy in Madinah. This role will be embedded within a high-profile PMCM (Project Management Consultancy) environment, overseeing complex hospitality and high-rise developments.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving project performance through robust planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting across large-scale projects.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Leaing and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk analysis
- Developing and maintain integrated master schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6)
- Overseeing budget control, forecasting, and cost reporting, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Establishing and implement project controls procedures, systems, and governance frameworks within a PMCM environment
- Monitoring project performance and provide strategic insights and corrective actions
- Managing and review EVM (Earned Value Management) metrics and reporting
- Leading risk management processes, including identification, mitigation, and reporting
- Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of project controls professionals
- Ensuring compliance with client standards and international best practices
Qualifications
** High Rise Buildings - Hotels **
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5 years of your career will have been focused purely on Project Controls.
Excellent high- rise construction experience required
