Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Project Controls Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to join a leading global construction consultancy in Madinah. This role will be embedded within a high-profile PMCM (Project Management Consultancy) environment, overseeing complex hospitality and high-rise developments.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving project performance through robust planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting across large-scale projects.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Leaing and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk analysis
• Developing and maintain integrated master schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6)
• Overseeing budget control, forecasting, and cost reporting, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Establishing and implement project controls procedures, systems, and governance frameworks within a PMCM environment
• Monitoring project performance and provide strategic insights and corrective actions
• Managing and review EVM (Earned Value Management) metrics and reporting
• Leading risk management processes, including identification, mitigation, and reporting
• Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of project controls professionals
• Ensuring compliance with client standards and international best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5 years of your career will have been focused purely on Project Controls.

Excellent high- rise construction experience required
