The University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford is seeking a full-time faculty member with expertise in pathology to contribute to the education of medical students. This is an in-person position at the Rockford, Illinois, campus.

Candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering teaching materials on the basic principles required for the practice of clinical medicine in Pathology. The selected individual will also have administrative responsibilities, including local course director duties, generation of appropriate assessment tools, and participation on inter-campus course teams. The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development and work collaboratively with faculty and colleagues across the University of Illinois College of Medicine campuses in Rockford, Chicago, and Peoria. The Rockford campus supports an active research program, providing opportunities for faculty to pursue scholarly activities based on their interests.

Minimum Qualifications
- A terminal degree with expertise in pathology.
- Experience teaching pathology at the collegiate, graduate, or medical school level.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $250,000. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. Potential for clinic practice opportunities with affiliated hospitals.
