日本OEM顧客向けの大規模eモビリティ向けパワーエレクトロニクスプロジェクトをリードし,品質• コスト• 納期• 予算目標の達成と複雑な技術課題の解決を推進します.日本,ドイツ,オーストリア,インド,ハンガリーにまたがるグローバルなクロスファンクショナルチームと顧客をつなぐ中心的な役割を担い,多様な関係者との連携を促進します.高い自律性とリーダーシップを発揮してイノベーションと事業成長を推進し,市場をリードする電動化ソリューションの実現に貢献します.

Lead a large-scale e-mobility power electronics project for Japanese OEM customers, with full accountability for quality, cost, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the key interface between customers and global cross-functional teams across Japan, Germany, Austria, India, and Hungary, driving technical alignment and resolving complex engineering challenges. Lead with a high degree of autonomy to deliver innovation, profitability, execution excellence, and market-leading electrification solutions in the rapidly evolving e-mobility market.

Qualifications

求められる経験• スキル / Required Experience, Skills & Background:

• 自動車業界で5年以上の実務経験を有し,複雑な製品開発および顧客プロジェクトにおける技術プロジェクトマネジメントの経験を持つ方.
• 日本語• 英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有し,グローバルかつ多文化な環境で円滑に業務を遂行できる方.
• 優れたコミュニケーション力• 交渉力と高い分析• 問題解決能力を有し,多様なステークホルダーを巻き込みながら複雑な課題を解決できる方.リスクの早期発見• 対策• エスカレーションを通じて,プロジェクトを主体的に推進できる方.

• 5+ years of automotive industry experience, including technical project management of complex products and customer programs.
• Business-fluent/Advance Level Japanese and English languages are must, enabling effective technical discussions, customer engagement, and collaboration in multicultural, global teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders while resolving complex challenges. Proactive in identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks to drive successful project execution.
