Vacancy:   VP/ Director of Clinical Operations. 

Role:  The VP/Director of Clinical Operations will be the primary responsible for translating strategy into day-to-day execution while working closely with DBG’s CEO and management team.

Title:  VP or Director, Clinical Operations depending on years of experience.

Qualifications: Minimum, a bachelor’s degree in related scientific disciplines: Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public health, Healthcare administration, biological sciences or related fields. Priority consideration will be given to holders of postgraduate degrees and relevant professional certifications. 

12–18 years with a proven track record of professional conduct and output-focused performance in managing clinical trials.

Scope of work: Managing the day-to-day operations and process for a multicenter Phase 2/3 trials guided by a builder mentality, comfortable with hands-on founder leadership. Flexibility to travel for site visits.  Will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Compensation Package
Base salary:  Depending on years of experience and aligned with market rate salary for      the position based in Boston/Cambridge.
